Use of Service #

You agree to use the courses for personal, lawful purposes and to respect community guidelines.

Eligibility #

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have verifiable consent from a legal guardian, to create an account and enroll in courses.

Accounts & Security #

Provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
Keep your credentials confidential and notify us of any suspected unauthorized access.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use #

Do not attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the platform.
Do not share solutions or distribute proprietary course materials publicly.
Treat instructors and learners with respect; harassment and hate speech are prohibited.

Payments & Refunds #

Payments are due at checkout. Refunds are available within 14 days if less than 20% of content is completed.

Pricing & Taxes #

Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect completed purchases.
Applicable taxes and fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Refunds #

Eligibility requires that less than 20% of the course has been completed and the request is made within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after approval.
Chargebacks without contacting support first may result in account suspension.

Intellectual Property #

All content is owned by SoapHome Academy. You may not redistribute course materials without permission.

License to You #

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content for personal, non-commercial use.
Downloading is permitted only where explicitly enabled; recording and re-uploading is prohibited.

Your Submissions #

You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., projects, comments) but grant us a license to host and display it within the service.
Do not upload content that infringes third-party rights.

Disclaimer #

Courses are provided “as is.” We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee outcomes.

No Warranties #

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access.

Limitation of Liability #

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoapHome Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our aggregate liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the course(s) giving rise to the claim during the 3 months preceding the event.

Changes #

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced within the service.

Notice of Updates #

Updates take effect upon posting unless otherwise stated.
If you continue to use the service after updates, you accept the revised Terms.
